I am a warm, genuine, and compassionate counselor who creates a supportive space
where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow. I believe every person has inherent
worth and unique strengths, even in the middle of life’s hardest seasons. My approach is
grounded in the belief that healing is possible, resilience can be strengthened, and
meaningful change can happen when clients feel truly understood. I also believe humor,
play, self-compassion, and intentional self-care can be powerful parts of the healing
process.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating depression,
anxiety, PTSD, grief, caregiving stress, and major life transitions. I draw from evidence-
based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring
treatment to each client’s needs, goals, and pace. I have worked with both individuals and
groups, and I strive to help clients build insight, develop practical coping tools, and move
toward lasting healing.
I value a collaborative, relational approach to therapy and believe the connection between
counselor and client is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic process. My goal
is to help clients feel comfortable enough to be fully themselves while also feeling
encouraged and supported as they move toward the life they want. It would be an honor to
walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth.
