Therapist

Welcome! I’m Sarah

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to creating a compassionate and nurturing space
where you can explore life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and reconnect with your sense
of purpose and balance.

With a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University and a deep passion for helping others, my journey in mental health began by supporting individuals facing addiction, trauma, and diverse mental health challenges. These experiences have shaped my holistic, client-centered approach, rooted in empathy, mindfulness, and evidence-based care.

Therapy is a powerful step toward healing and growth, and I deeply honor the courage it takes to embark on this journey. My mission is to meet you where you are, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your emotions, experiences, and aspirations. Together, we will cultivate a sense of clarity, resilience, and inner peace that aligns with your unique values and goals. I believe true healing involves embracing the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of your whole self. You are so much more than the challenges you face—within you lies untapped potential and the ability to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life. Using a combination of mindfulness practices, trauma-informed care, and holistic strategies, I’ll guide you toward creating balance
and living authentically.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to uncover the tools and insights you need to heal, grow, and thrive.

It would be my privilege to walk alongside you on this journey. Let’s take the first step toward your most authentic, empowered self—together.
