Matt Sandoval is an Arizona native who has served as an executive leader in human services and non-
profit organizations for over 15 years. He is a Licensed Master Social Worker who meets with clients
interested in personal growth, stronger relationships, and developing resilience in the face of life’s
challenges. He has experience as a public speaker and trainer on mental health and youth-related topics.

Matt works with clients by creating a sense of safety and understanding that becomes a foundation for
new skills and perspectives. He believes in mindfulness based approaches, trauma-informed care, and
seeks to help relationship clients understanding their emotional life and their communication styles.

Matt holds a Master of Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Social
Work from Arizona State University.
