With a deep commitment to mental health and well-being—both personally and professionally—I bring a compassionate and holistic approach to counseling individuals, children, and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University. My career has been shaped by diverse roles in social services, which have enriched my ability to support clients from all walks of life.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families, and I am passionate about helping young clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, and family dynamics. I am trained in EMDR and other trauma-informed modalities to help children process and heal from difficult experiences. I also support parents and caregivers in building stronger, more connected relationships with their children.
In addition to my work with youth, I provide therapy for adults experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions. Whether you’re a parent looking for guidance, an individual seeking healing, or someone just needing a safe space to be heard, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques,
EMDR, and a dash of humor—because healing is serious work, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I strive to create a warm, safe, and empowering space where clients of all ages can feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
