Her compassion, reliability, and genuine heart for helping others play an important role in creating the connected and supportive experience our practice is known for.

As the Practice Operations Manager at Gathered Connections Counseling, Rouchan plays a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly while keeping our clients and team members feeling cared for. With over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field, she brings a wonderful mix of organization, reliability, and heartfelt compassion to her work.

Rouchan collaborates closely with our therapists and practice leadership, helping to coordinate all the behind-the-scenes activities so our clinicians can focus on what they do best—providing top-notch care.
