We’re here to support you—getting started is simple. Just follow the steps below to schedule your first session with Gathered Connections Counseling.

Step 1 - Book Your Appointment

Choose a convenient time and schedule your consultation through our secure client portal.

Step 2: Complete Intake Paperwork

You can complete your paperwork directly through the therapy portal, or—if you prefer—you may download the forms for your convenience.

Step 3: Submit Your Payment

You can pay your co-pay or session fee securely online.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under federal law:

  • Providers must give patients who don’t have insurance—or who are not using insurance—an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.
  • This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • You are entitled to receive a written Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your non-emergency services.
  • You can request an estimate before you schedule a service.
  • If you receive a bill that’s $400 or more above your estimate, you can dispute the charges.

 

Be sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate.
