Submit Your Payment

You can pay your co-pay or session fee securely online.

Choose a convenient time and schedule your consultation through our secure client portal.

You can complete your paperwork directly through the therapy portal, or—if you prefer—you may download the forms for your convenience.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under federal law:

Providers must give patients who don’t have insurance—or who are not using insurance—an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.
This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
You are entitled to receive a written Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your non-emergency services.
You can request an estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that’s $400 or more above your estimate, you can dispute the charges.

Be sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate.
