Position: Licensed Therapist (Independent Contractor)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for therapists who are committed to empowering individuals through diverse therapeutic approaches. While we have expertise in developmental trauma and complex PTSD, we welcome therapists who bring a range of specialties and interests. This position offers the flexibility to make your own hours, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to balance other commitments or to expand their practice areas within a supportive environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to client-specific needs, including but not limited to areas of trauma, mental health, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate client records in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or (LMSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or (LAMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or (LAC). Applicants with limited licensure such as Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate are also welcome to apply as supervision will be provided.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to diverse client groups.
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively under provided supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
