At Gathered Connections Counseling, Brittany provides a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where young clients and their families feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Brittany’s clinical work is rooted in a deep understanding of developmental needs and the impact early experiences have on emotional and relational wellbeing. She is passionate about helping children and teens navigate the challenges of growing up, whether related to trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, or identity development. Her warm, grounded approach fosters trust and safety, allowing young people to express themselves freely and build skills for resilience and growth.

She utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s developmental stage and unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play-based techniques. Brittany partners closely with caregivers and families, offering guidance and support to strengthen parent-child connections and promote lasting change.

Brittany earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2017 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Grand Canyon University in 2022. Her work across diverse communities has taught her that every child has a story and a perspective that deserves to be honored. She brings compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s journey, helping children and teens grow into their strengths and feel confident in who they are.
